Even technical team doesn't help , they deal totally different before we subscribe or after we have subscribed.This app is worst coustomer support they reduce your your day's from your subscription without any reason and there is no fix schedule for class and sometime the cancel your booking without without telling the reason and whenever you try to call customer care they said all our agents are busyIt was an engaging talk carried out with co learners.

The teacher proved himself an efficient mentor and conducted the entire session very well.there is too much chances to improve your spoken English skills and build the confidence vocabulary words and you can do it fast so go ahead with positive attitude 👍👍👍 good luck everyone 🎱RB❣️I give five out of five stars to this app.
3. The major problem with this application is if we attend the class for less than 20mins then they reduce our 3dayclasses from our subscription.
4. So i kindly request the management to remove that rule.This app meets up to my expectations and offers students who wish to enhance their English an exceptional way.
5. Everyone reserve their classes to listen but sometimes we get busy and we are not able to listen class.
6. Now there are lots of problems with this app.when I joined the app, i used to see 10 to 11 slots for classes but after I have subscribed ,within a month it's showing only 4 slots.
7. but now it's so difficult to attend the class in given 4 slots.
8. I am very disappointed with this, I have so many other things to do and when ever I get some free time, i attend the class.
9. I appreciate the team's tireless efforts to provide us with the greatest experience.
10. Recently I subscribed for 1 year plan and after a week there is some technical issue.
11. I called at customer care number that was also busy and busy.
