1. Recently, when Waze refused to connect GPS, I suddenly remembered how fast this app would connect! Compared with Sygic's(S) (downloadable maps like Karta) ability to find addresses;(S) could pinpoint a lot less locations! Comparing routing with Waze, Google(G) & (S)...(G) & (S) did weird routes, did not know bus lanes or stop nav on the road before the actual destination.

2. The app has potential in my mind, but it's not quite ready to replace Google Maps.The first time I used it, it gave me a slow route and a completely incorrect time to destination (7 min to travel 5 miles on city streets).

3. If you guys make changes and release the newer update, I will give 5 stars.I Like the app, so much better than google maps, paid for the extras, traffic, cameras, no ads, then found out that despite what the Independant online reviews say, it's not compatable with Android auto.

4. I've also found that adding a way point during navigation also tends to crash the app.not usable for route planning! weird algorithm how much details are shown depending on zoom level.

5. Unfortunately, as I approached my destination it began suggesting completely inappropriate routes - in fact at one point it suggested exiting the freeway and traveling a few blocks and making a u turn.

6. Shame because it's such a good app but there's no point in having a large car head unit display & using my mobile phone screen to navigate3 years later: I could not use this app, as I initially downloaded it during the lockdown.

7. to reach a level of detail to get an impression where you are and what are possible routes to your next waypoint, the on-screen map area is too small.I didn't find the app very intuitive, so has a learning curve.

8. I've noticed even with offline maps downloaded, the map cache doesn't seem to fully work/load when zooming in and out on roads.. A lot of empty space, unlabeled roads/routes etc.

9. The app has few tuning parameters -- for instance, I can't find any option to instruct the router to weight time over distance minimization.

10. Karta seems to do a great job independent of Google Maps.

11. Or it isn't completely compatible with Pie.Switched from NaviUSA after Google stopped supporting its location queries.
