1. Please help and i will adjust my review.The lights don't have much range but the music still works, sometime the music makes crackling sounds because of the connection, but the music is still loud and good overall, the main issue is the warm color tab, I had it at first then it dissapeared, I really liked using that setting for my room, if I got that back again I would give it 5 starsHad this for a while and it worked fine but recently the bulb stopped responding to the app.

2. Love the speaker lamp so far! Led Light work great! Music doesnt work both on a samsung note 9 and an iphone 10.

3. BT works fine for music, but I can no longer control the light itself.

4. Will increase to 2 stars.EDIT: music works also, you have to connect to set up bluetooth twice with the ilink app and with the audio.

5. the app doesn't work (no visual effects of color changes), demands location and media access (and won't open if you deny), and isn't more than eye candy.

6. Music connected and works great! However like many others I can't get it to connect to this app.

7. When I have the app open I turn the light switch off then when I turn it back on I immediately pair on the app and it found it! Working great! For nowApp is very lack luster.

8. The control of the light colors is pretty cool but usability of the app and instructions of how to use the presets or other features are non-existent.

9. It works as a speaker, but there's no way to protect it from other people connecting.

10. If they can link the lights, that would be a huge improvementthe speaker works without the app.

11. My only option to disconnect them was to turn the light off at the wall switch.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix iLink Issues

1. Fix iLink Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart iLink: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the iLink App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iLink" » Open iLink » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iLink » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear iLink app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iLink servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iLink" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check iLink app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iLink might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall iLink. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iLink then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iLink not working


2. Fix iLink Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iLink be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iLink not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iLink may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
