I had a P20 and it used to work perfectly, but it no longer works on my P30, I can't pair with my speaker anymore.The Street Hopper speaker that is connects with is freaking amazing and going to buy another one very soon because this app is no doubt my #1 favorite for it and i recommended it to everyone i knowPlease update your app this does not work on the new phone models and I really like the program the app and the speaker that it runs please update it thank youThe app doesn't pull BT devices most of the time and never pulls the Street Hopper.Really bad for product.

3. After I had uninstall this app, I reinstalled it to find that it isn't compatible with newer phones (my phone s20+ Ultra).

4. This is a shame cause I loved having to control the volume and colours through the app.

1. Fix Discolor DJ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Discolor DJ: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Discolor DJ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Discolor DJ" » Open Discolor DJ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Discolor DJ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Discolor DJ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Discolor DJ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Discolor DJ" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Discolor DJ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Discolor DJ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Discolor DJ. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Discolor DJ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Discolor DJ not working

2. Fix Discolor DJ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Discolor DJ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Discolor DJ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Discolor DJ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
