1. I will not choose this option again.A useful app, though one thing it doesn't do is track mail delivery days; currently, it only provides a link to where you can check next delivery day, but the app itself doesn't let you enter your postal code to receive a notification when it's a mail delivery day in your area.Since yesterday, BankID won't stick.

2. If i identify and share the link with a family member, the ID also disappears and they're not able to collect the package.I can't pick up my package because I need to register my number.

3. Most of the time the app seems to buffer/loading information forever and then you need to force close the app.Can't verify with MitID to sign up for Flex.

4. App downloaded, package appears in delivery notification, but the app can't help me retrieve the package from the allocated box.

5. You don't need an app for everything - especially a non- functional one.I don't know why other people have had issues, my experience was good, the instructions in the app were precise and easy to follow.

6. Avoid this service.Seems to work fine - new version had issues to start with, but MitId bug etc.

7. I didn't choose to pick up my delivery via this self-pick up thing, and I wouldn't have agreed to it given the choice, either.

8. Forces me to sign in, then says there's no internet connection, so I hit Try Again, sign in to MitID again and then get told I can't access it because there's another session in progress.

9. Same service is delivered by other companies thru a website and a passwords, without a need for such hassle.

10. Chat with support is terrible- it adds you to 1 hor long queue, and requires to keep the app open all the time.

11. I've tried to use MitID to log into other things and do not have this issue.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PostNord Issues

1. Fix PostNord Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart PostNord: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the PostNord App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PostNord" » Open PostNord: Track & Send Parcels » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PostNord » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear PostNord: Track & Send Parcels app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PostNord servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PostNord: Track & Send Parcels" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PostNord app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PostNord might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PostNord. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PostNord then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PostNord not working


2. Fix PostNord Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PostNord be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PostNord not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PostNord may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
