1. Also, I'm American, so the dates being backwards is a little confusing and kind of wish there was an option to change it, but not at all a deal breaker! 10/10 DO reccomend! Edit: I switched back to 4 stars because I realized that you can track weight, but only in kg, not grams.

2. Possibly even setting a certain time for feeding (for example, I feed my snake in the morning but my crested gecko eats at night!)? I even use this app for my fuzzy friends thanks to the option to enter your own species! All in all I really like this app!An app like this is necessary.

3. This app makes it extremely difficult to add/adjust the feeding section, does not allow you to enter weight in grams (or anything other than kg and NO decimals), doesn't track age, and has a very poor general layout.

4. I cannot enter that weight.Not a bad app but, I need to be able to change the measure for weights and it needs the option to share with others.

1. Restart Reptile Help & Care Planner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Reptile Help & Care Planner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Reptile Help & Care Planner" » Open Reptile Help & Care Planner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Reptile Help & Care Planner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Reptile Help & Care Planner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Reptile Help & Care Planner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Reptile Help & Care Planner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Reptile Help & Care Planner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Reptile Help & Care Planner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Reptile Help & Care Planner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Reptile Help & Care Planner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Reptile Help & Care Planner not working
