1. The only frustrating things I found were the amount of time I had to wait to get paid as there was a glitch going on with PayPal, and last was the time it took to find items as the app does not give a simple name of the product.

2. The difficult ones are the "Find the product" assignments because UPC often doesn't match even if it's the correct item.

3. The UPCs you are providing in the app are not matching the barcodes that are at the stores! When I look the UPC up I find the exact product, EXACT.

4. If you gave full name and photos of items, then product would be easier to find.

5. Couldn't find any of the items in any of the stores I went to (and I thoroughly searched barcodes and products).

6. The tasks were easy to find and do and the prices were good.

7. But now it became almost impossible to complete one single task because the tasks are complicated and they have to be done at specific stores and locations that are not even nearby.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Premise" » Open Premise - Earn Money for Tasks » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Premise » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Premise - Earn Money for Tasks app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Premise servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Premise - Earn Money for Tasks" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Premise app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Premise might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Premise. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Premise then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Premise not working

2. Fix Premise Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Premise be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Premise not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Premise may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
