1. In the Budbee app, you can see all the info about your deliveries, handle returns and contact our customer service team.

1. App constanlty crashes, maybe it's time for a Gradle update?It's too complicated and due to disability I can't walk extra miles to return items to an available box.
2. There is no search bar, the only thing you can do is scroll through random products and when you click on anything it sends you to your browser anyways.Although this app "gets the job done" it's still plaqued by ad-spots that cover almost 90-percent of the screen.
3. Thirdly, I never receice emails from budbee after requesting a return, so I can't complete those resorting to the terrible app.It has taken 5 attempts to deliver.
4. It's an annoying menu, and the tracking of the delivery driver doesn't even work.
5. I understand they work fine in Amsterdam but I'm 45min up north and it doesn't work.
6. You can't pick a time for free, and drivers can't speak English very well.
7. Then today, Wednesday they send a message that they sorted my package wrongly, so it will come at another time.
8. Why use this instead of postNL or DHL? They have experienced drivers and pickup points... For now 1 star, but we will see if there are any improvements.They should've delivered on Monday.

My package has been delivery to a BUdbee box service in Amsterdam but I havent received the code to open the box. How are we going to solve it?
