1. If there was one criticism I would have, it would be that the chord shapes only work for a standard tuned 4 string bass, but if you have an up to 6 string bass with an odd tuning (a fourth up or down) you can still see the chord shapes.

1. Fix Bass Chords & Scales Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bass Chords & Scales: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bass Chords & Scales App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bass Chords & Scales" » Open Bass Chords & Scales » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bass Chords & Scales » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bass Chords & Scales app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bass Chords & Scales servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bass Chords & Scales" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bass Chords & Scales app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bass Chords & Scales might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bass Chords & Scales. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bass Chords & Scales then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bass Chords & Scales not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bass Chords & Scales be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
