1. Easy too use.This is a great app, I'm giving it 3 stars because the in app payment is broken and I can't upgrade to premium.Trying to purchase full version as I never play in standard and it doesn't go through.

2. Since I don't know much music theory, it helps me to find suitable notes without spending much time testing.When I first got it, it was great.

3. The last week or two it's taken ages to load, if it loads at all, and even then when you set a scale, the visualise doesn't appear.

4. But it's must have if you are a guitar player of any level no ads at all ! simple to use choose any scale set it and it's all there plus you can turn on or off show all key's .

5. I've had to uninstall and reinstall it a few times now so it lost 2*I can't buy the premium version, it always said payment declined.

7. I really appreciate the option to mark several notes and see what scales may apply.

1. Fix Visual Scales Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Visual Scales: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Visual Scales App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Visual Scales" » Open Visual Scales: Guitar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Visual Scales » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Visual Scales: Guitar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Visual Scales servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Visual Scales: Guitar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Visual Scales app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Visual Scales might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Visual Scales. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Visual Scales then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Visual Scales not working

2. Fix Visual Scales Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Visual Scales be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Visual Scales not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Visual Scales may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
