1. That's why you only get blank data for photos received via Whatsapp.Good app for locating a photo's locations showing gps lat/long and visually on Google Maps or Google Earth.

2. Somehow I changed my view to thumbnails within a tall rectangular box but when clicking thumbnails I cannot get any to open in full view.Wow I can change the POI now google can trace all my images back to my website.

1. Fix GPS Photo Viewer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GPS Photo Viewer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GPS Photo Viewer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GPS Photo Viewer" » Open GPS Photo Viewer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GPS Photo Viewer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GPS Photo Viewer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GPS Photo Viewer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GPS Photo Viewer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GPS Photo Viewer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GPS Photo Viewer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GPS Photo Viewer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GPS Photo Viewer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GPS Photo Viewer not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GPS Photo Viewer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
