1. wasted my money.A one of a kind app that creates realistic looking painting like portraits without having to be connected to the internet.App should allow you to open a file into it, so we don't have to give full storage permissions.Paintings look lousy and not one bit realistic.

1. Fix Portrait Painter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Portrait Painter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Portrait Painter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Portrait Painter" » Open Portrait Painter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Portrait Painter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Portrait Painter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Portrait Painter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Portrait Painter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Portrait Painter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Portrait Painter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Portrait Painter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Portrait Painter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Portrait Painter not working
