2. To be used in conjunction with Jaguar vehicles which are fitted with the next-generation infotainment system, InControl Touch Pro, the Jaguar Route Planner App allows you to navigate from door to door.
3. Once you've finished your in-car journey, navigation is then handed back to your smartphone, which provides any final public transport and pedestrian directions to your final destination.
4. You will then be able to access these saved locations from the in-car navigation system at a later date. • Requires InControl Navigation Account to sign-in.
5. The smartphone app will then automatically sync with your Jaguar's navigation system using the Cloud so your car will be ready to take over navigating soon after you get in.
6. In addition the Route Planner app also allows you to pre-plan trips and holidays by searching for places of interest or restaurants and saving them as favourites from your smartphone.
7. Before setting out from your home, set your destination from your smartphone and you’ll be directed to your Jaguar as the app detects your vehicle's location.
8. This app requires that your vehicle be fitted with its relevant connectivity package as well as a Micro SIM card with a suitable data contract.

1. New version is still useless, says you arrived as soon as you set a destination, don't they do any testing?? Absolute junk! Doesn't work on Android 10, it is in desperate need of a revamp! Not what you expect from Jaguar.
2. Used to work, if a bit clunky, but still far easier to search using another app and just type the postcode into the car.Updated review after Android 11 update..... The app is still useless, won't load, buy a different car with some decent software developers.
3. Unable to find any points on the map; thus, as a Route Planner, it has no functionality and just takes up memory on my Android version 10 phone.
4. I'm in spain and wan to travel 20 miles up the coast, Route planner plans a route back to the UK and back to the new destination.
5. The only major fault with Route Planner is its limited points of interest (POI) database.
6. Every time I tried to set as destination it returns a message saying that 'There is no route that includes those waypoints.
7. Get Waze instead (or any other map program)Jaguar Route Planner is a very good app and I regularly use it to send destinations to my car.
8. This app allows you to plan your trip over a cup of coffee and it syncs directly with the car, taking away the hassle of planning it in the car when you actual want to be on your way.Always describes the car as in the wrong place, then won't start guidance as I have to walk to my car - even when I'm in the car.
9. Worked once, now whenever I try and plan a route it insists on planning from the first place the car was parked, eg.
10. The total lack of support / news from Jaguar makes me think that heading back to BMW is the only option.Just doesn't work properly.
11. All searches now return "no results found" which is not helpful for a route planner.
