JYouPro Customer Insights

1. If someone knows how to be able to program this app to where it actually tracks your sleep and you can program your info I would change my rating...until then I will keep it at 2stars.Works perfectly.

2. Initial experience frustrating The quick start guide is fine, but the in app 'manual' doesn't allow a search for help - and what is there is minimal.

3. Overall, it is a decent app, but i will be looking for something that works with Google Fit in the future.The app is ok if you just want to track your steps and keep time.

4. -Since the last update I have Not able to sync data the watch collects.

5. the app doesn't start up anymoreThe watch has a nice design and is easy to use/ read, but the app is not syncing up at ALL.

6. It automatically selected 8pm as my sleep time and there doesn't seem to be any way to actually change it to the time I go to bed.

7. The heartbeat seems to work fine, but the sync feature is hit or miss.

8. Sync with phone works great.

9. Text message content appears on device display, though it doesn't allow reply through the device.

10. -I have Never been able to use the sports function options on the watch with the app.

11. Otherwise the app would be great, but I'm just frustrated with these huge issues.It's been working fine.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix JYouPro Issues

1. Fix JYouPro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart JYouPro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the JYouPro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JYouPro" » Open JYouPro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JYouPro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear JYouPro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JYouPro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JYouPro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check JYouPro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JYouPro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall JYouPro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JYouPro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JYouPro not working


2. Fix JYouPro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JYouPro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to JYouPro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, JYouPro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Try charging watch and 2 charging pin came out of watch to charging cord. Put them back in watch. Got one in wrong hole and other won’t stay in. Can’t get the one out. Any idea how to get it out or where to take it to get it repair. It is under warranty Do you replace them. Please let me know.

  • I cannot register my JYouPro smartwatch. It doesn’t matter what password I try and enter after I type in the first character the password line changes and says strong password and you can’t type anything else. I also got a pop up that says scan text. I don’t know what that means at all. I can’t register this smartwatch and it’s frustrating.

  • My iPhone settings show my BingoFit NY03 watch connected to Bluetooth and the JYouPro app shows it as connected but when I try to sync it just stays stuck on Synchronising 0% and doesn't sync at all.

  • I have purchased a SENBONO GTS3 smart watch for my grandaughter, she has a Aspera AS6 phone, and has downloaded the JYOUPro app, and when she goes into the app it comes with an error that says "This Feature not Available on this device". can you please advise how to fix.

  • Hello, everything works fine but when I set up the custom wallpaper for my watch, it is broken. I tried all types of image as well as all sizes. It looks good on other watches but not on the JYouPro app watch. Are there anyways to fix this issue? Thanks

  • My cell phone with the Jyoupro app on it will not find my device. It took me several tries the first time I set it up but the battery went dead and now tryting to set it up again and it won't link.

  • I purchased the inspiratek tracker for my son for an Easter gift.
    First, I was told that it works with MyFitnessPal and it doesn’t.
    Second, I specifically made sure it was waterproof and obviously it’s not.
    My son was playing off the shore at a lake for a couple hours and then by that night,
    The screen completely went blank and will not turn back on. Also, it constantly jumps between being connected and disconnected.
    He has only had it for a month. Help please.

  • My JU pro tracker device will no longer connect with my iPhone. It will read my heart rate, my blood pressure, my oxygen intake, my steps, and everything else. But it will not pick up the time and date from my iPhone, and it will not connect to my iPhone. What was a very good product has now turned into one that is not really worth having.

  • My daughter and son both got your watches or christmas i had my daughters watch synced to my phone becaue they are too young to have phones and my sons to our ipad. However I want to switch it and have my sons on my phone and daughter on the ipad. I have unbinded my daughters watch from my phone even deleted the app and reinstalled it and i can not find my sons watch on the app even though i have them right next to each other. I can sync it to the ipad but not my phone and i want it on my phone. I remember when i first set it up i had this same problem but didnt think it would matter now based now the amount they use/wear watches I want my sons on my phone to help get it updated easier since he always wears his. please fix this ASAP
