1. Oh, and it doesn't register "no cheese" on the chicken club on the order summary screen 4 some ungodly reason.Worst app in the history of apps! Can't redeem offers or points because there are no valid items for the offer available.

2. Edit 10/6 the new version doesn't allow to order tacos and is not as easy to use.The last update is absolutely bonkers.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Jack in the Box Issues

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jack in the Box® - Order Food" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Jack in the Box app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Jack in the Box might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Jack in the Box. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Jack in the Box then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Jack in the Box not working
