1. Quick customer service when it does get messed up, but would be nice to make it harder to mess up.It's a great concept however there are few restaurants which offer discounts for points.
2. Other than that, it's a very good app but beware that their customer service sucks.So far I've had 3 free lunches (summing up promos and dollars I got via referral) and 2 great discounts.
3. Customer service is more interested in blaming the user than correcting the issue.Good app, nice to have little rewards.
4. I contacted customer service after issues with the total on my order and the issue was not resolved.
5. When I have had issues with my order, the customer service has been top notch.
6. While some of the restaurants could improve their ordering system to be a bit more customizable, it is still a very convenient way to get food when you want it...Not a totally unique idea but my favorite implementation of it and I use it all the time.
7. I requested (2) food cancellation refund requests (for the same order transaction) in Early May and they still haven't gotten back to me.
8. Offer more restraint choices and increase timer or allow a timer which can be set by the person picking up, give more incentive to use the app with rewards.Great app.
9. Now, I leave a bit earlier depending on the estimated time and I ask for status as soon as I get to the place.I love the variety included on Ritual... lots of different tastes included for whatever you crave at the moment.
10. However, I've been noticing that some restuarants turn their status to offline during peak hours (lunch time), this kind of defeats the whole purpose of the app.
11. I would rate the app higher but their customer service is lacking.
