1. I always have notes to add to a recipe I make, so I may not keep this app in the long run unless they add that option.I love just a pinch online but the app is really horrible!! I miss the ability to save from the web on the website and forget trying to copy and paste a recipe from the web to the website and so that's the only thing this app is good for and then you can't access that recipe from the website!i guess i don't know the app well but it's so different.

2. it's very hard to navigate for me anywayEasy to use, can save my favorite recipes from anywhere on the web, get to them/share in a snapI love it, especially the fact that I can keep my recipes in one place and add my own recipes.This is sooo easy to use! Love that you can add recipes from all places.Thank you!This us my favorite app, I love saving recipes to this app for later use and reference.

3. Finally was able to add the original recipe after trying many times using links (which didn't work) only to continually be asked to "create new account" when I was IN the app!!! I'd have to remember the title of the recipe, back out, search it and then the "heart" would come up to save.

4. I want to save links to recipes I like in a virtual recipe box, without worrying about free vs, paid features.

7. It may not be pretty, but it works great.Very confusing... I was happy to see an app ("suggested" in a recipe I was going to add to the hundreds on my phone) to consolidate and save.

11. I've used this app for a couple years now and this app does exactly what I want it to do.

1. Fix Pinch It! Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pinch It!: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pinch It! App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pinch It!" » Open Pinch It!™ Recipe Box » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pinch It! » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pinch It!™ Recipe Box app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pinch It! servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pinch It!™ Recipe Box" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pinch It! app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pinch It! might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pinch It!. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pinch It! then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pinch It! not working

2. Fix Pinch It! Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pinch It! be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pinch It! not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pinch It! may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
