1. What gives? Is there even any support for this app?My last review was 5 stars now the app doesn't let me use my card although i have money in it and it does not have a problem i tried to order it did not let me pay with my card but still 2€ in points were taken from my account + never actually made the orderMy previous review was 3 stars.

2. Doesn't let you order properly adding things you don't want randomly and doesn't let you choose some products and more problems! It was once my favourite but not now! Also before every update it doesn't let you choose the product you want..for example it selects randomly a coffee with the sugar you want and you can't change it!! Too bad!!The worst experience I had using a delivery app .

3. The developers are not to blame.Very good overall butt...( pun intended) I live in a location not serviced from x restaurant...x restaurant happens to be my favorite restaurant....I cannot place a take away order from said restaurant because my residence address is not serviced.

4. I will order by phone next time, box is not worth the delivery fee or a cut from the restaurant.Comparing to other major app of this kind, it is yet far behind.

5. The points system is very clever and it saves you a lot of money but it desperately needs a dark mode.

6. I went I to the store and the owner tried to help me use my points to pay for the coffee order too and Nada.

7. One email, I received about the same review, was that it already has one and the funny thing is they meant the dark theme the Android skins, like MIUI forces the apps to use.

8. After a failed from the company and ten days of waiting there is still no answer when they will return the money .I liked the old point system better now you cannot save as much money on your orders.Useless app.

9. Not worth it when the food is delayed at a time when most restaurants are closing and deny orders.. A food-ordering app must be reliable and not leave you hungry in the night.

1. Fix BOX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart BOX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BOX" » Open BOX » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BOX » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear BOX app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BOX servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BOX" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check BOX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BOX might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall BOX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BOX then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BOX not working


2. Fix BOX Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BOX be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BOX not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BOX may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
