It has more to do with this app.Really good app and video quality but the app forces you to update and each time you update it gets worse and disconnects as well as switches off the camera when it's weak connection.Bad quality most of the time ... Old messeges disappear after one day of the conversation and if the phone is lock i don't receive neither a call nor msgs unless i don't open suddenly the app ...App is good but messages not sending properly and sometimes calls also not connecting and now the app is not working 😁😁😁 new update is just disgusting 😞 very bad experience in your new updateInterrupted video during call , paused video each minute while the network is excellent or goodThe best free app for voice and video calls, specially in the countries not support the free video call like UAE.

1. Fix Comera Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Comera: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Comera App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Comera" » Open Comera - Video Calls & Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Comera » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Comera - Video Calls & Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Comera servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Comera - Video Calls & Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Comera app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Comera might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Comera. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Comera then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Comera not working

2. Fix Comera Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Comera be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Comera not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Comera may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
