1. Almost immediately, there was a retraction of all the points I earned, and about 12 hours later I received an email saying my account had been deactivated because my profile wasn't a fit (even though the surveys implied I was).

2. The questions in survey that have next and previous buttons are absolutely infuriating to navigate around.Downloaded the app, completed my profile, and completed the only three available surveys with accompanying poll predictors.

3. It seems like a racket.I enjoyed this app, I looked forward to taking surveys..... That said, I didn't like the CONSTANT emails, the inability to change my email settings, being unable to contact anyone including on FB after being told that if I had any problems, let them know.

4. It is not my phone, especially seeing how multiple people has the same problem.I've started several of these surveys, only to be told near the end that they no longer need that survey.

5. But I've done almost 20 surveys and they keep saying I don't qualify to take halfway through... So despite taking 20 I only have $1.25! I hate that I keep getting ads for the app while I'm using the 'app'.

6. The app only leads you to surveys and they are then done in an internet browser and if you accidentally hit your "back" button, the survey gets messed up and there's no way to return.

7. I mean after 10 minutes on a 15 minute survey worth 90 points to get 5 doesn't really give much incentive to continue.

8. Signed up did all the surveys they offered at the time actually got some points.

9. I go back to check my balance and all of my points expired within seconds of getting them, to top it off I contacted support, maybe it was a fluke and could be resolved.

10. So now, after attempting to "unsubscribe" from the emails, I ended up unintentionally "unsubscribing" from my entire account and have no way to set it back up... Because my email "doesn't exist" to send a complaint in to the team to fix it.

11. It says I got the points, it tells me exactly what I am awarded but then it doesn't credit to my ledger.

  4. Check i-Say Rewards your Opinion app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, i-Say Rewards your Opinion might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall i-Say Rewards your Opinion. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall i-Say Rewards your Opinion then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing i-Say Rewards your Opinion not working
