1. I still get updated grade notifications, but if I try to open the app, all I get is a white screen.

2. Very buggy! Most of the time when I try to open it, it just opens to complete blank, no menus, nothing to press, just a white screen.

3. Prior to this week I had no trouble using it, so whatever update or behind the scenes you did you need to fix.It never works!! I will get a notification about one of my children, but can not open it.

4. It then began sending out duplicate notifications that would never delete from the top of the notification screen.

5. When I click on the notification, nothing but white screen.

6. teachers can't properly maintain grades so you will spend lots of time asking child and teacher why so many missing assignments (and no, it is not my daughter's failure to turn in assignments.

7. I got past the district lookup and then back to a white screen.

8. All I get is a blank white screen on startup.

9. And whenever it actually sort of works, when I get a notification from this app and tap on it, it never takes me to what the notification was about, it just takes me to the main page of the app, so then I have to guess what the notification might have been about.

1. Fix Campus Parent Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Campus Parent: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Campus Parent App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Campus Parent" » Open Campus Parent » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Campus Parent » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Campus Parent app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Campus Parent servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Campus Parent" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Campus Parent app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Campus Parent might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Campus Parent. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Campus Parent then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Campus Parent not working

2. Fix Campus Parent Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Campus Parent be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Campus Parent not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Campus Parent may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
