Why should I report an Issue with Zogo: Learn and Earn?

1. And they keep taking away the different modules.It's actually so easy, and even though you can only get $5 gift cards at a time, you can earn points so quickly and easily!!! If you do modules for just 30 minutes, you can get about 2000 points! the only thing I don't like is how long it takes to regenerate hearts.

2. It's way faster and easier to accumulate enough points to cash out than other apps, and within two days I have already been able to easily earn two $5 gift cards.

5. Finally deleting this app.The app is good for earning gift cards taking quizzes on personal finance.

9. Overall great app tho! Also allows you to donate your money to different charities!It is educational and it teaches you step by step through examples, pop quizzes, and quick lessons.

1. Fix Zogo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zogo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zogo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zogo" » Open Zogo: Learn and Earn » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zogo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zogo: Learn and Earn app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zogo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zogo: Learn and Earn" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zogo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zogo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zogo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zogo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zogo not working

2. Fix Zogo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zogo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zogo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zogo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
