1. This is very disappointing and if not resolved I will find another magazine to look at.I also had cross stitch crazy app which stopped working and I lost the magazines that I bought also the special editions that was given out when cross stitch crazy was cancelled over covid lockdown.
2. Now I'm going to have to hunt down an actual paper copy at more expense because there is no way I can follow a cross stitch pattern off my tiny phone screen.Dishonest and unhelpful app and company.
3. Have restarted the app and my phone multiple times cannot get the magazine to download.I initially gave this app a very poor review, however, with the latest update, my issues appear to have been resolved and I am now quite happy with the app.
4. I'll go back to getting my magazines through Zinio.Downloaded the app because I'd seen a pattern I really liked and wanted to buy the back copy of the magazine.
5. The customer service is atrocious so please proceed very carefully before buying any paid content through this app.I purchased a 1-year digital subscription, including a year's worth of back-issues for free.
6. I have lost access to a huge bundle of back issues and special editions which I purchased through the app and it's nearly impossible to contact the developer.
7. My payment went through quickly, the magazine downloaded straight away but... there is no option to print out the pattern.
8. With a digital purchase of a pattern from any other maker or publisher you can print out a hard copy - not this.
9. Otherwise, well done, Immediate Media!I have emailed them about the problem of not being able to make a copy of any pattern in my subscription so I can use it, but I have not had ANY REPLY .
10. NO hard copy of pattern possible - you can only view it within the app (not even on a computer or large screen, only on a mobile device).
11. I also bought all the back issues from july2012 and now when I have downloaded the new app for a so called better experience I have now lost every issue I have bought.
