Also, should not have to give permission for an app to make changes on phone settings just to read the news.Nice layout and plenty of news stories are available, though the ap is unstable and regularly shuts down and restarts on my Pixel 3Since the Oct update there are no more comments on local stories.
2. Is this a scam so people can't cancel? Sure seems like it!! Reporting to BBBSince update the app flashes constantly on Pixel 3 XL.
3. App is useless on a phone that has 40 percent of the local Android market!Used the old app multiple times daily.
4. I would rate the La Crosse Tribune and its Customer Service ZERO STARS if I could.

6. No option to cancel online--forces you to call.
7. Disappointed.When you close it and go to reopen it errors out every time.I hate the new format.
8. I've placed multiple calls all with 30+ min hold times and never got through.
9. Call back feature doesn't work either.
10. I emailed the developer/site as requested with no response.
11. This new version is awful and I promptly uninstalled.

Five weeks ago I moved from 326 Nicholas St in Tomah to 200 Liberty place Apt 218 in Tomah. I wanted my account to reflect this and start having the paper delivered to my new address. I have been assured that this happen immediately (4 different times) and it still hasnt happened. I know there is delivery to this address...several of my neighbors receive daily delivery. I have been a customer for over 20 years and if I don't start receiving a paper, I will have to cancel. Pleae let me know what the probem is or start delivering to my new address.
