1. If video isn't working, connect to the drone's wifi first, AND turn off mobile data.

2. For anyone having issues with the app closing when clicking on settings, go to WiFi on your phone first and connect to your drone.

3. If you are seeing video feed but cannot control the drone from the app? Your drone is not compatible with the app controller.I have been trying to record videos and take photos with my drone through this app.

4. Trying to simply go up first requires full throttle then letting go then full throttling again to which the drone responds to only after a dangerous 2 second delay then shoots straight up, loses connection and falls.

5. this performance was only seen in my UAV.Phone connects to drone wifi with no problem.

7. App does not recognize it is connected, so when you try to play it, you see "please connect to drone wifi".

8. The one star is because there is virtually no tech support for this app to troubleshoot issues.Controls for the drone are shaky and unstable.

1. Fix FYD-UAV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FYD-UAV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FYD-UAV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FYD-UAV" » Open FYD-UAV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FYD-UAV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FYD-UAV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FYD-UAV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FYD-UAV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FYD-UAV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FYD-UAV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FYD-UAV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FYD-UAV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FYD-UAV not working

2. Fix FYD-UAV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FYD-UAV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FYD-UAV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FYD-UAV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
