1. not sure if app is even still supported been 10 months since last update.Perfect app, forgot I purchased the pro version and since installing a microphone blocking app and Google now seeing fit to tamper with my phones alarm settings ie auto snoozing the alarm or making it go of with no volume or vibration I resorted back to this never fail always working wonderful app.

2. My advice? Move on to a different alarm clock app.I have used and paid for this app for years and lately it is just not working on a galaxy S8 active and a galaxy s9 one running oreo and the other running pie.

3. I absolutely love this app for ease of use and love to wake up to the rooster sound...one of many to choose from! I just got a new phone and I wanted to download again but didn't find a free version anymore, so i didn't even hesitate to get this paid version.

7. The alarm popup is also pushed to the background so although it does "sound" there is no easy way to silence it.

1. Restart Alarm Clock Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Alarm Clock Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Alarm Clock Pro" » Open Alarm Clock Pro - Music Alarm (No Ads) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Alarm Clock Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Alarm Clock Pro - Music Alarm (No Ads) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Alarm Clock Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Alarm Clock Pro - Music Alarm (No Ads)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Alarm Clock Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Alarm Clock Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Alarm Clock Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Alarm Clock Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Alarm Clock Pro not working

2. Fix Alarm Clock Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Alarm Clock Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Alarm Clock Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Alarm Clock Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
