1. The world's best airport! Real great staff and management backed up by an amazing number 1 airline ♥This is supposed to be the biggest airport in the world, yet the app and wifi don't work, app fails all the time and freezes, you only get one hour free wifi with very limited speed, SMS verification doesn't work, why would you need that in the first place? I think they really need to hire some new people for their IT department!Istanbul airport might very well have the worst airport wifi in the world.

2. 3 stars only for historical reasons, would I be a first time user, it'd be a 1 star.To be really useful, the app should give information when offline as the airport only offers an hour of free WiFi to travelers, unusual in this age.I keep getting notifications from flights that I don't track anymore.The app gives error messages after installation, is completely useless.Excellent app in English as well.

3. What a waste of time! Shameful specially for the biggest airport in the world and it seems like these issues are never taken seriously or rectified! I guess you don't care about your customers and their expectations! I want to give 0 stars if I could!!!Installed using IGA Lounge WiFi, and after installation received CONTINUOUS pop-up windows of "Unexpected error" and "Network error" at every tap.

4. And then the hour of free wifi also just doesn't work.

5. Showed me the wrong gate so I positioned myself in this massive airport in the wrong place to where I really needed to be.

7. Third time it had a very clunky activation process to get 15 minutes of slow ass wifi.

8. The only thing it did was notify me correctly when boarding started.The app was not able to find my flight neither by confirmation number nor by flight code.

10. Also I hoped to find a way how to navigate from one gate to another since my connection is very short, the app does not provide any help with navigation.
