1. Set it to use biometric in the app but there is no fingerprint spot in login and it asks for passwordActually that should be (-1 star or 0 stars) - have yet to get this app to work - have spent hours on phone with reps and tech support from this co.
2. So slow that it ended up putting my phone number in twice because it didn't seem to go the first time now it won't delete the duplicate even though when I click to delete it, it said ok.
3. 1) native back button doesn't navigate back, it just closes the app 2) can't delete notifications from reading view, have to navigate back to delete from main list, BUT, for fun they reorder the list so you then delete the wrong one.
4. Identity Force seems ok but the app definitely needs work.Service is fine, but the app really sucks and gets worse over time.
5. Hire a QA person please.All by the application self has 5 that's five cases to experts and laywer or lawyers with detailed plain easy to read visual slide show like from Microsoft slideshow themselves.
6. It seems all of my banking alerts get duplicated many times in their database, to the point that the app and website are nearly unusable they are so slow.
