1. The highway conditions are correct most of the time but when the guys reporting the road conditions are the same guys looking after the roads, why would you expect them to call themselves out.

Save your time don't download this and look for another app.CrApp. Tapping on a camera simply zooms in on that point of the map, until you've zoomed in enough for the icon to change to the camera icon, at which point you then have to convince the app you're interested in viewing the highway cam you've zoomed down to nearly street view level to select.

3. Very disappointing as the 511 web page works perfectly.The new version is terrible! Too many steps, too many menus, too much time wasting going through different options and still not getting what I want.

4. I'd give this higher stars but it is not deserving of that at all at this time.Last update was Aug 17, 2022, since then my app crashed every 2 minutes, after looking at the cameras my app freezes for a solid 30 seconds.

5. This login and save cameras is so stupid, especially for commercial drivers that are all over the province..if I need to know conditions, I just want one or 2 clicks.

6. I do prefer the older version better where you could tap on a highway and see what the conditions were.

7. They don't want the bloated mess that this app has become.App was great last year.

8. Road conditions and cameras, that is what the end user wants.

9. The whole point of an app like this is to provide road conditions, which is what it used to do.

10. I also miss having just a list of highways versus now having to scan the whole highway you wish to travel.

1. Fix 511 Alberta Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 511 Alberta: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 511 Alberta App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "511 Alberta" » Open 511 Alberta » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 511 Alberta » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 511 Alberta app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 511 Alberta servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "511 Alberta" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 511 Alberta app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 511 Alberta might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 511 Alberta. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 511 Alberta then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 511 Alberta not working
