Good Bye.I've been looking for 3d maps, and this made my mood off, yesterday I was planning to go Brazil, but now I cancelled, by this app, the 3d view is awful, and live cams are truly not live, because in my country it's always sunny but it shows some white prints and snow, even I've acces my loaction, very useless app it will just show your house loaction and nearby shops, it's your choice to waste your data on useless app.

3. Just another greedy corporate company trying to make their customers/users have to watch ads they didn't want! So called free apps are not free when your personal info is passed onto the companies from the ads you are made to open.

4. Adds are very distracting and take up way to much time to do anything at all on the app.Photos and media permission??? Why is access crucial in order for this app to work??? I kinda get why location is required but even that shouldn't be absolutely critical for proper operation of an application of any kind.

5. When you dial in closely, the image is blurredNot real impressive as far are "live" maps goes.

6. These pics that are supposedly live satellite images, are at least 16 months old.

7. A little suspicious if you ask me 🧐 answer these questions with something reasonable to make me feel comfortable and I'll reconsider reinstalling this application.

1. Fix Live earth maps Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Live earth maps: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Live earth maps App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Live earth maps" » Open Live earth maps: 3d world map » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Live earth maps » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Live earth maps: 3d world map app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Live earth maps servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Live earth maps: 3d world map" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Live earth maps app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Live earth maps might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Live earth maps. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Live earth maps then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Live earth maps not working

2. Fix Live earth maps Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Live earth maps be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
