1. Monster, ๐ŸŒต๐Ÿ˜Ž๐ŸŒตAbsolute garbage,hmb global has destroyed an icon,the phones don't work almost every direction given is ignored or massively delayed,who cares if tapping on freezes? The 1000 people behind you! But hey it's acceptable to have things that barely serve their function these days right๐Ÿ˜… couldn't even throw it back at staff as it would fail that too.Checks phone functions but no updated video drivers to watch you tube, shows green screen with sound when playing vรฎdeo needs updatingI'm using Nokia C30 and My two network has been pretty bad for a while now, very very slow and frustrating.

2. clearly by other reviews left no response from the development obviously doesn't care poor quality performance time to ditch this application as it doesn't provide supportI have been using Nokia 6.1 Plus for the last 3 years.

Why the heck has my call display features keep changing its smaller and everything moved around IE loud speaker, button numbers, hold etc the volume is extremely low callers are unable to hear my voice please fix this issue obviously no response no help what's the point leaving a review I'd like to take my star back.

5. Even if you use speaker outside that won't be enough!I'm greeted with requests to create an account and share data, and bombarded with ads for accessories and ads for apps at this app initial screen.

6. For me, this app looks useless, looks like just an excuse to promote things to generate revenue to the company.I like the g 100, but it only has 32 gb.

8. Sometimes no network at all on the Second sim it's definitely not from the network provider, this is affecting both SIM cards on my phone.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Device Issues

1. Fix My Device Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Device: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Device App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Device" » Open My Device by HMD » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Device » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Device by HMD app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Device servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Device by HMD" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Device app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Device might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Device. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Device then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Device not working


2. Fix My Device Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Device be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Device not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Device may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
