1. I could search the web for better guides, no need to install an app for that.. (guides from app doesn't match the phone anyway)It works but thus not given you full updates or only just a pinch of it how I see on my Samsung s9plus saying security patch only 55 percent I don't care am saving money new mobile in 5 months i'l have new new mobile very advanced okConstantly saying it has no connection.

I was hoping this app could force the update, but it does absolutely nothing that the built in apps didn't already do with every single phone I've owned.It doesn't even get me to wireless update from settings (which doesn't work anyway, that's why I installed this app), even less to provide an alternative way of updating the phone.

4. If you have a well known os then it might be easy for you to find an update here but if thats the case you wouldn't need an 3rd party update software coz your os developers will distribute it themselves, ie, in short this so is useless for MOST of the people.

1. Fix Update Phones Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Update Phones: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Update Phones App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Update Phones" » Open Update Phones » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Update Phones » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Update Phones app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Update Phones servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Update Phones" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Update Phones app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Update Phones might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Update Phones. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Update Phones then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Update Phones not working

2. Fix Update Phones Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Update Phones be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Update Phones not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Update Phones may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
