1. You have to go hunting for the one you want (and there are lots, which is great, but makes a search feature more important)The subscription feature doesn't work, but the content and idea behind the app is perfect.

2. Also, why not raise the prices slightly so we can truly get unlimited? Invest in marketing to bring more clients and both issues will be resolved.Hello! Each time I open the Hemi-Sync app I see this error, "The single returned by the mapper is null".

3. To start I was charged a monthly rate for my free trial also there's absolutely no organization to this app no way to change the settings and even control what language things are in they have bits and pieces of programs but not complete programs it's just a rambled mess.

4. The tracks are great otherwise.Glitchy. For $9 a month please fix the issues!!! Needs updating and work.

5. The content is great, I love the hemi-sync albums and as a writer, it's super valuable to help focus.

6. Finally, even though I paid for the unlimited subscription, it didn't seem to communicate that back to the app and I can't access all the content.I've been a long fan of Hemi-sync.

7. You have to sign in every time you want to go in after an a few hours have passed.The concept was nice but the app didn't work most of the time.

8. There appear to be issues with authentication as well as my single sign on worked in the app, but the sso feature wasn't on the website.

9. Library is useless; click "add to library" all day long, pop up says "added to library", library announces "you don't have any tracks added to library yet, start browsing HemiSync".

10. Most albums and tracks are not available to listen to without purchase, even with a 12.99 per month subscription.

11. I love having all the Hemi-Sync music, meditations and more at hand, anytime.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Hemi-Sync Issues

1. Fix Hemi-Sync Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Hemi-Sync: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Hemi-Sync App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hemi-Sync" » Open Hemi-Sync® Flow » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hemi-Sync » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Hemi-Sync® Flow app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hemi-Sync servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hemi-Sync® Flow" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Hemi-Sync app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hemi-Sync might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Hemi-Sync. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hemi-Sync then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hemi-Sync not working


2. Fix Hemi-Sync Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hemi-Sync be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hemi-Sync not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hemi-Sync may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • It cuts out after a few seconds on multiple devices. I can’t get the whole track to play. I’m at the point of wanting a refund due to wasted time and the frustration of trying to get it to work.

  • When I try to listen to music or download I get a connect error - There appears to be a problem with my connect, please try again later and this msg only comes up for certain music, I have logout to get a new token, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The same error msg appears and ideas would be helpful thanks

  • Hi I'd like cancel my Hemisync subscription, I'm about to start school and I don't have the space on my phone to download the app for school. So I have to get rid of a few apps on my phone. Lol I know this is a really silly problem to have and I love Hemisync ,although I don't use it nearly as much as I should, and I will be back , this is only goodbye for a couple of weeks. Thank u

  • I have a monthly subscription. It says it on the app but I cannot find it on your site. Whatever, just cancel it now please, I cannot use your app
