Why should I report an Issue with SoundSeeder - Synced Music?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Of course I have to use another phone to connect to other speaker but overall considering how complex it must be to send music thru several wireless signals it does ok trying to keep speakers synced with each other.

2. Really good app, I recommend it!The best app out there for playing music on multiple phones and staying in sync.

3. Unfortunately recently, for some reason that I cannot work out, whenever I select Soundseeder on my Spotify app, the track plays but the phone goes completely silent, no audio at all.

4. By having music come out of two Samsung phones at once, and each of those phones having two way Bluetooth headphone capability, you could have brilliant silent discos in the kitchen.

It works for a few moments but can only play a few songs at best before the app crashes with most crashes happening upon changing songs, not to mention the battery drain and a pop-up warning telling me this app is using too much CPU with a recommendation to close it.It was awesome, one of my favourite ever apps.

6. It is not always easy due to buffering but I have been able to sync 2 Bluetooth and 3 wired devices effectively.

7. This app can definitely use some work but it's good for what it does considering the roughly non existing options otherwise.setup is easy, but we got a delay that made it better to use just one phone.

8. we could fiddle with the settings to sync it of course, but the whole point of using a dedicated app is to make the process automatic.

9. The sync issues seem to have improved but the DLNA stream feature with spotify is quite buggy.

10. ideally, we'd just put the phones together, press a button and have perfect sync.

11. It accomplished what I needed it for.Not exactly what I wanted but it does what I need it to do, which is to play 2 speakers at the same time.

1. Fix SoundSeeder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SoundSeeder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SoundSeeder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SoundSeeder" » Open SoundSeeder - Synced Music » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SoundSeeder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SoundSeeder - Synced Music app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SoundSeeder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SoundSeeder - Synced Music" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SoundSeeder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SoundSeeder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SoundSeeder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SoundSeeder then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SoundSeeder not working

2. Fix SoundSeeder Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SoundSeeder be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SoundSeeder not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SoundSeeder may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
