TimeBlocks Customer Insights

1. (I have at least 4 years' data here, so I don't want to switch.) Some unacceptable bugs were fixed recently which was very helpful, but in the last week, something has changed and now there is a VERY long delay (app freezes) whenever any changes are made (move a to-do item, check off a to-do item, delete calendar events - anything you do causes a min or two freeze.

2. After using it for years they are pushing for the registration and subscription feature, and their new update wiped out more than a year of planning and calendar to try and make me pay for subscription.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TimeBlocks Issues

1. Fix TimeBlocks Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TimeBlocks: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TimeBlocks App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TimeBlocks" » Open TimeBlocks -Calendar/Todo/Note » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TimeBlocks » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TimeBlocks -Calendar/Todo/Note app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TimeBlocks servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TimeBlocks -Calendar/Todo/Note" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TimeBlocks app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TimeBlocks might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TimeBlocks. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TimeBlocks then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TimeBlocks not working


2. Fix TimeBlocks Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TimeBlocks be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TimeBlocks not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TimeBlocks may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I am a premium member. These days I have had a problem with going back to see my schedule earlier than May 2022. I have turned off my phone. I have updated the app. I have logged out and logged in again. I have deleted the app and installed it again. But it still does not work. What should I do? Can you help me solve this problem?
