1. This app has great potential, and I'll keep an eye out for when this app gets OneDrive cloud support and a pro version upgrade! I've added this to my wishlist — keep up the good work!The App lists all folders in my device alphabetically instead of simply letting the folder structure stay intact; it is impossible to use for me.

Overall it has the basics that you'll need but not for me cause the function I'm looking for is quite rare.the only downside of this app is the adds, why does the developers of this app just make a one time purchase of the app to remove the adds just like other video players have done??? I'm surely gonna buy it..I have been using Gom player for a long time.

3. (I was going to watch a movie but most of the time the film is just a dark screen & this was even acclaimed for Oscar nominations, what a joke! But the story was good though).

4. CONS: Ads were persistent that it takes too much space, shows all videos files & you can't hide them, lastly it doesn't have video contrast control.

5. Sometimes the player doesn't fit the screen and the device's menu bar shows.

6. Besides many other features would be highly appreciated, the Windows based desktop application is best in class with amazing performance and features.

7. I just wish it had features like double tap to skip forward and go backwards 10 seconds, play only selected videos and edit playlist.

8. It's a good media player even though there are a lot of ads in free version and they're so annoying.

9. If you guys have those features, this app will be exactly what I need.I don't use Google or Dropbox, and there was no OneDrive support as of yet.

1. Fix GOM Player Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GOM Player: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GOM Player App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GOM Player" » Open GOM Player » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GOM Player » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GOM Player app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GOM Player servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GOM Player" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GOM Player app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GOM Player might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GOM Player. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GOM Player then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GOM Player not working

2. Fix GOM Player Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GOM Player be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GOM Player not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GOM Player may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
