1. You do want a honest rating correct? When this is changed I will rate again with a honest rating you may or may not deserve, depending on how well I like it.Easy to use but the quality of original resultion gets distored as the image is resized.

2. A plus is that it auto saves so I don't lose anything, it's just a little annoying dealing with the crashing.When I want to open a file and tap on “Select Picture“ and choose Gallery from the apps that popped up, actually nothing happens.

1. Fix Resize photo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Resize photo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Resize photo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Resize photo" » Open Resize photo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Resize photo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Resize photo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Resize photo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Resize photo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Resize photo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Resize photo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Resize photo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Resize photo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Resize photo not working

2. Fix Resize photo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Resize photo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Resize photo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Resize photo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
