1. In fact I don't think anything actually worksLove Geotab!! Wish you were a little cheaper for us little guys but I always appreciate the effort you make when something does goes down, you all are always on the ball!!! The Drivers App is easy to use for my drivers and this app makes it easy for me to track their movements and when needed fix a mistake they've made.

2. Please check with an actual fleet owner when making changes.After upgrading to a pixel 6a I cannot get live map updates of vehicles on their routes.

3. Once again the app has been changed, even less visually appealing with each update, yet the biggest issue with the app is never addressed.

4. I see that the last time this app was updated was in November 2016.The more you update the more horrible it gets.

5. Not ever.The app is not in real time there is a lag on tracking vehicles and the two finger navigation is annoying.

6. I also liked the different colours but wished I could pick them specifically but that doesn't matter now because that feature is gone anyway.

7. To my surprise, I'm now paying same price of what I was paying with T-Mobile syncfleet, but with only 65% of futures.

8. Always starts out in outer space and have to zoom in to see my vehicles.

10. If I check one trucks history and go to another, it takes me back to the one I just checked unless I close and restart app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyGeotab Fleet Management Issues

1. Fix MyGeotab Fleet Management Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyGeotab Fleet Management: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyGeotab Fleet Management App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyGeotab Fleet Management" » Open MyGeotab Fleet Management » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyGeotab Fleet Management » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyGeotab Fleet Management app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyGeotab Fleet Management servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyGeotab Fleet Management" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyGeotab Fleet Management app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyGeotab Fleet Management might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyGeotab Fleet Management. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyGeotab Fleet Management then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyGeotab Fleet Management not working


2. Fix MyGeotab Fleet Management Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyGeotab Fleet Management be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyGeotab Fleet Management not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
