1. Total piece of garbage!!! Sent email to developers, waiting on reply.the old version was perfectly fine but the document scan on the updated version is horrendous.

2. I just keep wondering what's the point of having this app other the take up space in your phoneOk, the app is telling me that there's a new version (v 4.59) available and that I MUST update by 1-29-2020.

3. I tried uploading 10 pages and it didn't, work I was only able to upload two documents ONE at a time, after that I couldn't upload anything.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ArcBest Fleet Issues

1. Fix ArcBest Fleet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ArcBest Fleet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ArcBest Fleet App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ArcBest Fleet" » Open ArcBest Fleet » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ArcBest Fleet » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ArcBest Fleet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ArcBest Fleet servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ArcBest Fleet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ArcBest Fleet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ArcBest Fleet might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ArcBest Fleet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ArcBest Fleet then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ArcBest Fleet not working


2. Fix ArcBest Fleet Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ArcBest Fleet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ArcBest Fleet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ArcBest Fleet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
