SW360 Customer Insights

1. EnjoyThis application is not perfect,But it is the easiest one I found after trying 5 others, The activation is the easiest with no need for additional hassle.It takes a second try to get access to the camera and I also found there is a small delay in the communication when you are trying to get access to the camera from outside the house but I think it is not too bad.Recomended!!App works good and is easy to use, however the option to switch the light mode in the advanced settings menu does not work properly.

2. 50/50 % chance that u actually can view your camera, and if u are lucky then theres 50/50 % chance that you cant rewind/rewatch your recording, if you are lucky for a second time and rewind works then there is 99% chance that u wil be not able to select the right time frame that u need right away coz of crappy "time swipe bar", aaand theeen theres 100 % chance that loading will take a very long time.

3. If I switch to white light it works for 5 seconds and then turns off.we bought 2 camera's , both work well but I think there is not enough instructions to go with the app, we are still trying to work out about voice control , we also had problem with the timing being an hour behind in country we live Europe.

4. The first thing that I would like to see is a widget where I can easily switch movement detection on and off.After reinstall motion detection does wel, related recording sometimes but not everytime, in news window is to seen but in replay not... No issue solved sins 6 months.

5. ( you have manually disconnected the device hotspot Please connect to the device hotspot) which device My mobile, my routers or that camera .Very cheap camera which is streaming perfectly.

6. No recording.So far it's been useless constant record does not work I've been only able to record anything while Im actually watching myself live.

7. And here my early comment about 6 mounths ago: Live stream is good but... Motion detection does detection only.

8. The instructions are not clear and just keeps getting worse and worse I honestly feel robbed by my own security camera.

9. I have bought four of these camera's and i'm using them indoor and outdoor with no problems.

10. The app also tried to load a none existent audio stream from the camera and crashes.

11. The update doesn't support the P3 camera very well at all.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SW360 Issues

1. Fix SW360 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SW360: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SW360 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SW360" » Open SW360 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SW360 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SW360 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SW360 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SW360" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SW360 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SW360 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SW360. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SW360 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SW360 not working


2. Fix SW360 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SW360 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SW360 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SW360 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
