Why should I report an Issue with Baby Story Camera?

1. I had the app for about 5 minutes and watched about 4 minutes of adds before I could even edit a photo.I give two stars because I've had it for a while but recently noticed every time I open the app it plays 30 second ads one after another.

2. select a photo to edit - ad... REPEAT (ad nauseam!) The picture never actually opens, just a never ending loop of selection and ads...Cute app but I refuse to watch a 30 sec ad everytime I click a new option.

3. I don't know a single newborn parent that has time for this.Waaaaay too many adds... I have to watch a 30 second add just for opening the app and after EVERY SINGLE CLICK ON ANYTHING.

4. Almost unusable with all the ads and was not this bad when I used it 3 years ago.Full of add! Jesus! I don't think I've ever received so many adds (most over 20 seconds long!!!) and I couldn't even get to select a photo because the adds kept popping up of nowhere.

5. why offer to flip a picture of when you save is going to go back to it's original way and then all the words would be distorted in the picture.Not a bad app at all, but could do with some minor adjustments on some annoying issues, namely separate rotation and sizing buttons for it's stickers.

6. This is not worth the time.Could never even open a picture to start editing because of all the ads.

7. Open the app and I have to watch an entire long ad right away, then I choose a photo and immediately another long ass pops up.

8. I edited one photo to just put how old baby was and I had to watch 2 ads with one being 30 sec long.

9. Really like this app!Way too many ads! Everything you click on (upload photo, add sticker, add text) makes an ad pop up.

10. Also if there were undo buttons when adjusting the brightness etc of the photos, that would be really helpful, as opposed to having to manually readjust back to the settings we had before.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby Story Camera » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Baby Story Camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby Story Camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
