1. Other than that it works great.Really good , just two things that Im not happy with , why are miliseconds used to calculate the time in the "Bulb" setting , its very easy to add or leave out a zero.! The other thing is in timelapse , the + and - on either side of the screen are mirror image , very difficult to get used to , it seems like it was done more for estetics than functionally ! But otherwise a very good app and well worth the money.I love this app.
2. to the developer: if you have a way to contact me for specifics, i'll be happy to provide any details you might require.Really like this app! the only thing I would suggest is it needs a trial or free version ........ when I first paid for it, I couldn't get it to connect, so I refunded it ........ after trying others I didn't like, I looked up vids on troubleshooting the connection, re-purchased it and figured it out.
3. Also, if you have other wifi controllers connected to the camera, even if the "set" is different [for Canon], you will not be able to connect to this app.
4. Because the tp-link wifi connection does not actually give internet access, the phone would connect fine but then after a few seconds it would give a pop-up saying the connection had no internet access.
5. If you use USB, you can't chargeBAD: Major flaw in the development of this app, hope developers can fix it: In the night mode, when I go to do "timed shot", click to set the exposure time, the phone screen is no longer red, it brings up the key board and full bright white light display.
6. The main thing in connecting the camera to the phone is to have good cable otherwise I'd won't work properly.
7. As an fyi, this may have something to do with my Android version, but recently I'd been having a real issue getting the app to fully connect to the camera.
8. The problem was I had to click "YES" to close that pop-up! If I simply went on into the app it would never finally connect to the camera.
9. I have to say it gives terrific freedom being able to sit in the cool inside air and snap pictures with the phone when my camera is set to shoot wildlife outside.
10. in the past 10 months it started having intermittent connection problems with a 7D and then stopped seeing the camera altogether.
11. You either get "cannot find a compatible camera" or "Found a camera but cannot establish connection".
