1. Lately every time I try to update tiles it crashes as soon as I press the start button.Pretty good, and works very well for what it's made for! Very useful for marking Mountain bike tracks and figuring out how to get home especially with the GPS functionalityit sometimes feels a little clunky, but I absolutely love having a GPS-enabled trail map that can use offline data.Great app, with a lot of online and offline functionalities.

2. 2) When I draw a line from A to B, why does it disappear each time I move the map around? When using the app in the bush to move from A to B, I want to be able to walk a line from specific place A to specitic place B and navigate without having to reload the line ever time.Love this ap, but it keeps constantly crashing.

7. It was a really annoying and frustrating problem - and it seemed like a bug on the android app so can someone please explain what this bug is? Otherwise, the app works well when moving from A to B to C and back and was otherwise reliable.

8. Each time I put in a specific coord, and pressed save, the app then inexplicably changed it.

9. Two requests: 1) Is it possible to save the google map images in addition to the terrain maps? (I am a user from Australia).

1. Fix Terra Map Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Terra Map: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Terra Map App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Terra Map" » Open Terra Map - Trail Explorer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Terra Map » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Terra Map - Trail Explorer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Terra Map servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Terra Map - Trail Explorer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Terra Map app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Terra Map might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Terra Map. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Terra Map then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Terra Map not working

2. Fix Terra Map Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Terra Map be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Terra Map not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Terra Map may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
