1. Especially when they lock you out after viewing so many articles.I have told you once and and I believe I have told you twice this app was working fine until you people switched everything around and now even though it still is on the app chart it will not come on even after you open it what's up with you people thank you I don't mean to be rude to you people because I'm a long-time subscriber to this paper but again I say what is up with you peopleThe app is on my device, under my subscription... ON MY DEVICE..... why would I need to log in everytime as if the app knew nothing of a subscription.
2. Currently I am being billed but when I sign in there is an error with the account management system that I haven't been able to get resolvedThis app is about useless! Have to log on almost every time and the price is terrible for what news you get.
3. Hopefully you get it fixed soon before I cancel my subscriptionStar press is a joke...you cant depend on them to deliver the print copy and now cant get on them letting you on the digital edition.
4. It is annoying to have to pay for local news, when there see links to articles on Facebook.I have attempted to subscribe several times with no success.

6. What a jokeI have downloaded this app before and somehow my info became unlinked and I was unable to sign in.
7. Comes up with a loading error message when you try and open it.

Please cancel my subscription and take my card off of autopay and out of your system I cannot find where to do it!
