Why should I report an Issue with App Lock - Lock Apps?

I'm not against the ads because I understand the developer has to make money from their creation.Actually it is trash cuz it almost locked my app I did my own password and stuff but it does not open so I uninstall it sorry 😕 for this kewl APP and sorry😕 again I was going to rate 5 stars but this happened and still when first in your app it was great.What i love about this app locker is its ability to start up extremely FAST after a reboot (in fact it's fastest of the tens of applockers/blockers I have tried).

2. After the latest update, no improvement to the delays and most time the lock screen does not appear and locked apps can still be accessed.I hardly ever leave app reviews, but I feel this one deserves it.

3. But still i cant access the setting in this app.Very good locker! The purpose of themes for the keypad is for added security but the keys lighting up when tapped defeats the purpose of hiding your pin from prying eyes.

4. And if someone really wants more, then can go get your advanced version.this is good for privacy to unknown person not see our files messages this is a good app please download A-o-a 😀waste of time.

5. This is probably the best app lock in the Android store! This has SO many features that most of them don't have, like uninstallation prevention, shuffle pin pad, a relock apps feature, etc.

6. Battery monitor says ~0.0% per hour (i.e. barely any) - Force-close/uninstall protection is an option, so I don't have to grant it full admin permissions right now, but can later activate that if i really need it.

7. It doesnt do anything (can't click), except show that its running? - For landscape-mode apps, the swipe dots are not vertically aligned properly.

8. - Not spammy, which is a huge deal after having tried the other apps.

9. Which means i cannot cheat by rebooting the phone and disabling it from settings/ device admin, then uninstallin it, before the app starts running.

1. Fix App Lock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart App Lock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the App Lock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "App Lock" » Open App Lock - Lock Apps » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for App Lock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear App Lock - Lock Apps app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from App Lock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "App Lock - Lock Apps" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check App Lock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, App Lock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall App Lock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall App Lock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing App Lock not working

2. Fix App Lock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make App Lock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to App Lock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, App Lock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
