I had to enable location usage and Bluetooth and reconnect s couple of times but it's great when it gets going and has lots of functionality and images etc.Just bought this mini printer recently and this apps is required , everything look fine, except i need to spend more than 30 min for the first time connection, perhaps due to the instructions come with the mini printer is not so clear, but still works, have some room of improvement, low cost products, cant expected too much...Actually quite a nice app but really need to do a better job on printer connection.

1. Fix iPrint Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iPrint: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iPrint App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iPrint" » Open iPrint » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iPrint » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iPrint app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iPrint servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iPrint" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iPrint app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iPrint might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iPrint. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iPrint then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iPrint not working

2. Fix iPrint Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iPrint be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iPrint not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iPrint may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
