3. Print photos, emails, webpages and files including Microsoft® Word, Excel®, PowerPoint® and PDF documents.

1. This will be my last Epson printer. As a college student, I need to be able to print from every device that I work from (phone, computer, tablet, etc.), at any given time.
2. Trying to print from my phone was untenable until I got a wireless printer, which is the underlying assumption here - all bets are off if you don't have a printer with a wireless adapter inside...It's great as long as you are only printing one page.
3. Another disappointment is it won't let you choose what pages you don't want to print not only to save time, but most importantly PAPER and INK (Epson is super wasteful to keep you coming for ink) which continually discourages me from using it as well.
4. What's very frustrating is when I need to print specific pages of a humongous PDF, I have to hold the plus or minus down or up to get to the specific page number.
5. But shockingly, it has been PAIN FREE!! I can upload to my Google Drive account (or other options), scan multiple pages (one-by-one), and this is all using an Epson device I've had for at least a couple years.
6. I do want the option to turn on double-sided printing, but the option is grayed-out, even though the printer is capable of it.First use seems OK.
7. I can't even print a return label from UPS from this app, because it prints the label so large that it takes up 2/3 of a sheet of paper, making it impossible to fix to a shipping box.
8. Not to mention there's a couple bugs in there as well for me for example when you select a type of paper if you select anything other than what it's default is it will remain stuck on the new selection regardless if you want to select the default as your paper type again.
9. Every time I need to print something from the internet, it will turn a 3 pg document, for instance, into an 8 pg document.
10. Nowhere in the settings can this be changed, which is very frustrating.Handy to print from my phone, when it works.
11. I haven't tried that aspect. As expected, it would be nice if there were more options or ways that you could edit what you're about to print then drop down menus that really don't do much of anything.
Unbeknown to me the owners of this Epson Iprint App automatically charges two amounts for having this app on my Iphone, which I never use. Charged Jan 4, 2022 for
Fees and Dues-EPS 7397 $473.94
Utility Bill Pmt - EPS 7397 Util $197.20
Total annually $671.14
I was charged this amount one year ago as well. Did not catch it then.
This is for an app to be able to print to and Epson ET-16500
I contacted Epson directly and they advised me there is not charges being made to me for anything, and any software needed to run the printer is free.
I have not been able find anyway to cancel this charge, and the RBC bank is not able to stop this, which they are not able to do.
Please help!
