Freshmile Customer Insights

1. You can't adjust the DC charging power settings after choosing the car, so the routing will use the wrong value.App didnt provide a secret code, then the cable was stuck and I couldnt unlock it from the app.

2. Keep it up! 👍8 feb: Four different charging stations in Boves area, four defective units requiring reboot or indeed full maintenance ! Charging is not just an app, it is a functional ecosystem.

3. They upped the per minute charge for AC charging to 30c/minute with no warning causing users to be charged over €80 for a 23kWh charge.

4. What I miss is a charging power filter for more than 50 kW (an 80 kW charger saves me some money vs 50 kW) and less than 100 kW (my car cannot take more power but it costs more).

5. This system is terrible.In the sea of access providers for charge points, FreshMile – now owned by Rexel France – is a go-to.

6. We only tried on charging points the freshmile app suggested.

7. I'm not sure if it is the app or the Mobi SDEC charge points that we have attempted to use but the overall experience has been awful.

8. We have a depot od 55 € with freshmile and two charging cards.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Freshmile Issues

1. Fix Freshmile Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Freshmile: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Freshmile App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Freshmile" » Open Freshmile – Charge points » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Freshmile » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Freshmile – Charge points app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Freshmile servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Freshmile – Charge points" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Freshmile app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Freshmile might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Freshmile. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Freshmile then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Freshmile not working


2. Fix Freshmile Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Freshmile be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Freshmile not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Freshmile may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
