1. If it can't display basic information as location of chargers/charge points and the price /kWh then what use is it? Email from 9th May told cancel charge, still got charged today! Useless customer serviceWith two Shell Recharge cards (one private, one company) I used to be able to switch cards to charge the right account in the app.
2. It's a fascinating example to show that money can't buy a good user experience - it's all about organisational culture and at Shell there's apparently no culture of user-centred design.Awful, prices not displayed and getting wrong info from customer service and trying to pass the book to Aldi for sites not showing on the app and no price displayed when you are forced to use their app.
3. Hopefully nobody will use the chargers and a company who knows how to set up charging using just a debit or credit card (that's what all users want by the way) will take over.
4. Any charging on the other account can only be done by using the physical RFID card.
5. Also I have seen "ongoing charging session" screen once in the app: very informative but also that one doesn't seem to work consistently.Definitely among the worst apps I've ever used.
6. The development department can not of signed this product off.. total rubbish 🗑 😑Easy to use app, works great to initiate charging sessions.
7. However, I have no insight through the app what the actual rate on a charging point is linked to that card.
8. Customer service is useless, will be cancelling account and deleting the app.
9. But I never get notifications to let me know a charging session has started or ended, although I checked that option in the settings.
10. The pins representing the charging stations load extremely slow on the map, at least in Belgium that's the case.
11. Even after reinstalling.Like Uber for EV charging, but useless.
