App is shiny but not very functional unless you like looking at lots of (deals) the company has, chat page is pointless if you have anymore than a basic question, Bill projection is way off, if you have a problem cross you're fingers and ring them but have plenty of time to you're sleeveWorst online chat experience.
2. Payments and bills have been easy to read, understand and pay.App is great, but PLEASE remove the ad trying to make us buy your internet as soon as we log on! It now takes up the whole screen! At least give us the option to opt out of seeing it.Super handy, no messing about and can pay the bill straight away with a tap.
3. By the time I went back to the app and check the message, the chat session has already expired!Chat isn't integrated and instead opens a window to a browser so if the session crashes you need to start all over again.
4. Easy request with no answer they have my correct email address so no idea what the issue is.
5. It's also got a bad habit of not giving metre read reminders.Changed my email so setting up AGL again on line.
6. So unable to set up with new email address virtual assistant sorry is hopeless with this issue.
7. They inform me and email has been sent to my gmail email address with a code.
8. Reasonably user friendly except for 'send a meter reading', that feature could be easier to access.Doesn't allow me to go in and set up payment plans.
9. Called customer service 4 times and waited over 50 minutes but still has issues with website login.
10. Shows usage history and solar credits so we feel like we have more control over how much power we use.
11. Now have no way of checking my account for Electricity and gas on line.Great so far.
